1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and pv88 ("Platform", "we", "us"). 3 Player Account

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account at pv88. Opening more than one account — whether under your own name, another person's name, or any false information — is a serious breach of these Terms. If pv88 detects multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts may be terminated and all balances forfeited.

As the account holder, you are solely responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account, including if your account is accessed by another party without your authorization

4 Deposits & Payments

Pv88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the player's own name. pv88 does not accept third-party deposits. pv88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Funds deposited into your pv88 account are strictly for gambling and entertainment purposes. pv88 does not pay interest on account balances, and account balances are not protected in the same way as bank deposits.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Pv88 is committed to processing withdrawals within 15–30 minutes for requests that have passed all required security checks. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method that has been verified by pv88.

Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

10 Account Closure & Termination

Players may close their pv88 account at any time by contacting the support team via email at support@pv88-jit.com. Prior to closure, all outstanding bets will be settled and your account balance (including any eligible winnings) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Pv88 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from lawful authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

11 Liability Limits

Pv88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, service disruptions caused by factors beyond pv88's control, or losses resulting from a player's own betting decisions.

The pv88 platform is provided "as is" and pv88 makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or errors. pv88 will make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the decision to place bets is entirely at their own discretion and responsibility. pv88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity.

12 Amendment of Terms & Conditions

Pv88 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. pv88 will endeavour to notify players of material changes via an on-platform notice or email to registered players.
